Upload Limit

Is there an upload limit on the amount of rows that can be used with the API (https://developer.mapquest.com/documentation/data-manager/data/upload-data) - rows property (ent license)?

Uploads are limited to 10MB
Uploads are limited to 10MB for Community Edition developers and 100MB for Enterprise Edition developers. There is no record number limit.
