Route Matrix for Local processing

I read all the TOS and went through the documentation, but i can't find anything related to download and locally storing the data retrived from the Route Matrix API.

I want to store the Route Matrix API data locally in a database to do some computations. Is it okay for me to store the data locally on my database ?  Or would i be in violation of the terms of condition use.

Any help would be appreciated.
