Receiving no data error

This morning all our clients using the the Traffic API showed a receiving no data error. The MapQuest website traffic data is up to date. What could be the issue? We have not changed our API for several months, and the clients were displaying traffic data without issue last week.

It looks like the application has used 85,000 of the 75,000 transactions on your plan. There is probably an error message returned by the api.
