Place Search for India geography

Hello,

I have been looking for the place search sample to check out of if it works for India. I am looking for providing my client a edit box to entire partial address and the place search should show results from India aswell. Most of the other api's dont support India.

Is my assumption correct ? Is India location on the roadmap for mapquest ?

The Place Search api is currently only supported in North America. Further expansion is in the backlog for a future release.
