404 when trying to install javascript sdk

We are having an intermittent issue with trying to access the https://open.mapquestapi.com/sdk/js/v7.2.s/mqa.toolkit.js?key=KEY-REDACTED

We are getting blow back from our customers because they sometimes can't access their tools, because of this 404 issue. The 404 error shows in the browser's console.

Any insights? Our account is up to date and paid in full. I can insert the link directly into my browser and recreate the issue (it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't). Thanks.
